What Lamb's Wearing Wednesday

Every single day, without fail, the underwear i chose to wear is influenced by my fashion choices or my fashion choices are influenced by my underwear choice and both of those are, in turn, influenced by my mood and my plans. 

The aim of these weekly posts is not to delve into fashion blog status (i'll leave that to those with a better sense of style and camera set up) but to show exactly what thought goes into my daily underwear choices and why having such a varied collection is a necessity. I also aim to show how i style some of my key lingerie pieces as outerwear.

The overall aim of my outfit was comfort. Something comfortable enough for an eight hour shift at work and something light enough for a warm, stuffy, bar enviroment.

My jumper choice influenced my bra choice:

As i wore a thin, light pink jumper, without a shirt underneath (to avoid excess bulk around my waist) my bra had to stay within the same colour family and had to provide a seamless shape so therefore i opted for my RHW for M&S bra.

My skirt choice influenced my knicker choice:

Tight bodycon skirts often cause major "VPL" or visual panty lines in layman's terms. In order to avoid this i opted for these allover lace knickers, from Urban Outfitters, which provide full bum coverage without any uncomfortable migration throughout the day but are almost completely seamless.
